How Quickly will My Documentation be Delivered?
You have full control over how quickly your documentation is delivered. We provide a few different options to choose from, to ensure that everybody’s needs are met, regardless of their situation. They are as follows:
REGULAR ORDER (Code Blue)
A regular order for service is just that, regular. When you assign a case without expressing any urgency, or pending deadlines that are looming just a few days away, our servers will attempt to serve your documentation, at our earliest opportunity, but will not set other matters aside, to ensure that your order is completed within any pre-determined set of time, or by a specific date.
RUSH ORDER (Code Green)
An order is considered to be a Rush Order, if we are asked to attempt to deliver a document or set of documents within seven (7) days or less.
EXPEDITED (Code Yellow)
An order is considered to be an Expedited Order if we are asked to deliver a document or set of documents within three (3) days.
EMERGENCY ORDER – (Code Red) – (Immediate Dispatch)
An Emergency Order is any order that requires the immediate dispatch from our office to meet the delivery demands of your order, or within a twenty-four (24) hour period of time, of when the order is placed. An order that requires us to be at a specific time and at a specific place, is also considered to be an Emergency Order. If we are required to wait, or conduct a stake out, our hourly rate will apply.
